Terms of Service
I. General
1. A commission is accepted after both parties agree on the terms and details.
2. Commissions are typically worked through on a "first come first served" basis, going down the wait list in order.
3. Once work on a commission has begun there will be a one to four week turnaround period until completion based on the complexity of the commission/artist availability, this is by no means a solid deadline (Times will vary).
4. The artist retains the right to stop working on a Commission, or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, or rude/inappropriate behavior.II. Payment
1. All payments must be made with PayPal via invoice in USD, which will be emailed to the Commissioner shortly after the first wip shot is received and accepted.
2. If a refund is requested after a commission has been paid, the refund will be calculated according to the amount of work that has been done at the time of the request.III. Creation/Revisions
1. Multiple wip shots/updates will be provided throughout the commission process, revisions/opinions during this
time period are welcome. However multiple major revisions towards the later half or after the commission's completion will incur a fee based upon severity.
2. Any model or texture created will not be ported to Source by the artist, though you are free to do so on your own or have someone else do it for you.IV. Usage
1. The artist retains the right to use any model or texture created in other projects such as other commissions, personal/commercial use, etc.
2. Assets created via commission or bought are not to be redistributed unless given permission.
3. The artist retains the right to distribute, reproduce, and use the commission for artist promotion, such as portfolio pieces & social media posts, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. The Commissioner may repost art at will as long as proper credit to the artist is included.V. Delivery
1. Digital Commissions will be handed to the Commissioner via a personal Google Drive and will contain a High resolution version in 2k as well as a slightly smaller HD version.VI. Other
1. The Artist has the right to alter their terms of service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.
